CHARTER

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

The UR-OTO Experimental Axis acknowledges that our dear Brother

VALMIR AZEVEDO DOS SANTOS JUNIOR, FRATER SURYANANDA,

of

BELÉM, PARÁ, BRAZIL,

is a Lodge Master.

In recognition thereof, we authorize Fr. Suryananda to independently accept and Initiate members according to his own method, wherever it is necessary to spread the Light of the Gnosis. We trust Fr. Suryananda, and declare that he has no duties and is completely independent and autonomous.

This Charter can be revoked at any time, for any reason, by Fr. DUNAMIS or the UR-OTO Secret Areopagus.

Granted in the year one hundred twenty of the current Aeon; the Sun being in the sign of the Crab, on this day of Mercury, July seventeen, two thousand twenty-four.
